The cyst will then proceed to absorb the inherent energy or “health” from the mushroom. It is crucial to be aware that during this absorption process, your character is vulnerable to zombie attacks. Therefore, remain vigilant and conscious of any nearby threats.
You can efficiently siphon the energy from all three mushrooms within the same round. This step is remarkably swift. Our primary recommendation is to leave a single zombie alive or to have a teammate act as a guardian or “babysitter” for the remaining undead while you complete this charging sequence.

Each time you successfully initiate the power surge, you must be exceptionally quick to locate and interact with the subsequent terminal displaying the green text. If you are too slow, the text on the terminal will change to yellow, indicating that the process has been halted, and you will be compelled to restart the sequence from the very first terminal that displayed the green “Initiate Power Surge” message.
Step 5: The Uberklaus Confrontation and Gorgofex Acquisition
Successfully completing all four power surge sequences will trigger the appearance of the mini-boss, a formidable entity known as Uberklaus. This adversary is essentially a Klaus robot encased in a powerful mech suit. It is imperative to understand that your primary objective is not to defeat Uberklaus outright at this stage. Instead, you must focus your fire on the purple glowing armor pieces located on its shoulders.
Once these shoulder armor pieces are destroyed, Uberklaus will become vulnerable. You must then skillfully maneuver him towards an electrified rectangle situated on the floor. By luring him into this electrified area, he will become shocked and temporarily immobilized, initiating the second phase of the boss encounter.
In this second phase, Uberklaus will become possessed and exhibit a more aggressive demeanor. Furthermore, you will be assailed by waves of flying Klaus bots that will attempt to explode in your vicinity.
